Delivery Options

We ship to all states within Australia.
 

When placing an order with Norts And Ones, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address or a PO Box.

In most cases, stock will be shipped from our warehouse. If however, we need to ship direct from a supplier to you, then these deliveries may come by Courier, who do not to ship to a PO Box. In these cases, we will contact you and ask for a physical address for shipping.

We may at times, dependant on the product/s ordered, need to send your order via 2 seperate shipments, as there are some products that we do not carry in our stock. We will advise at the time of processing your order if this is the case.

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. Your order will be processed and we will provide you with regular updates.

 

Currently, our delivery methods are;

  • We currently deliver orders via Australia Post and Courier/Freight Companies. 
    • (The method used is dependent on the Products and or Qty ordered.)
  • Please note. Pick up is by Prior Arrangement Only

(Packages are usually delivered within 2-5, dependant on stock availability and destination).

When processing your order, you will be presented with a selection of delivery options.

 

Delivery Exceptions; Please note..!!!!

  • All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless the stock is not currently available.
  • Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases where you have ordered a back-ordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment.
  • Couriers do NOT deliver to PO Boxes
  • Postmen & couriers won't ring you before coming to deliver.
  • Postmen & couriers don't deliver on weekends.
  • Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery during business hours.
  • We can't guarantee that they will arrive at a particular time of day.

* A cleared order is defined as one that has been processed and paid for in full. Please see the Payment Options page for further details.

Please ensure you choose an address where you, or someone else who can sign on your behalf, will be present during the daytime

Please use your business address if you can't be home to receive your delivery during the daytime. As some courier services will charge an additional fee for having to attend your address a second time to re-deliver the goods if you were not there the first time.

Unless by Prior Arrangement, goods will not be shipped until your payment is cleared, or until we have received proof of payment by email.

Once your payment has been processed and cleared, your order, depending on stock status, will be packed for dispatch. At this time you will also receive an automated email advising that your goods have been dispatched for delivery via your nominated delivery service.

 

Cancellations

All orders that have been processed (charged) CANNOT be canceled unless approval is provided. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please email us at orders@nortsandones.com.au

 

Returns

Any damage to a delivered item must be brought to our attention within 24hrs of receipt.
Any claims for returns must be made to Norts And Ones in writing within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Returns will not be accepted unless approved in writing by Norts And Ones.
All returns must be unused and accompanied by all original packaging.
Warranty claims must be directed to either the email address in your order confirmation email or to
support@nortsandones.com.au
